Because Bits & Bobs is a small business where 50% of profits are donated directly to Holbrook Animal Rescue, and because all of our products are made to order, we have a clear and fair policy regarding returns and refunds:
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If your product(s) arrives broken, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Personalised & Made-to-Order Items: Because our products are individually crafted specifically for you when you order them, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. We only offer refunds or replacements if we made a mistake with the spelling or if the item arrived damaged.
